Standard shipping via UPS or a common carrier will be added to your total upon checkout. The estimated delivery time will be approximately 1 - 6 weeks from the time of order unless otherwise stated.
BEFORE YOU BUY
Before ordering your item, carefully read the applicable Owners Manual and Pre-Delivery Guide as these documents contain important information about the products and how to properly prepare the site for delivery.
It is the Buyer’s responsibility to measure doorways, paths and the installation site to ensure that the product will fit before ordering. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs to and from the manufacturer if an item is returned (see returns section).
WORKMANSHIP GUARANTEE
Cal Spas warrants the items sold on calspasdirect.com to be free from defects in material and workmanship at the time of shipping. It is the Buyer’s responsibility to inspect merchandise prior to delivery agent’s departure.
Photos shown on calspasdirect.com may vary slightly in color from the actual product. If the merchandise appears to be damaged in any way, the Buyer is responsible for noting the damage on the freight bill or may refuse the delivery.
CURBSIDE DELIVERY
Large items such as spas, barbecue islands, villas and oversized or heavy items ship via Curbside delivery with delivery made to the curb.
- A signature is required for delivery. Merchandise cannot be delivered without a signature.
- A representative may call to confirm your order.
- Your item will be shipped from a local delivery terminal.
- The delivery terminal will call you when your item arrives to schedule a delivery appointment. Deliveries are made between the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM Monday through Friday and will be scheduled as a 4-hour window.
- If applicable, do not schedule an electrician on the day of delivery. Delivery is subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances. All electrical setup is the customer’s responsibility.
- Your item will be delivered on a lift gate truck and will be taken off the truck by the delivery agent to the curb.
- It is your responsibility to inspect merchandise prior to delivery agent's departure.
- If the merchandise appears to be damaged in any way, please note the damage on the freight bill. This will aid in the return/replacement process or you may refuse the delivery.
- Please note: If you live down a road or driveway that the delivery truck cannot access without causing damage to the truck we will be unable to complete delivery.
- Check with your local building/zoning authority and neighborhood association for permit and other requirements. Most cities and counties require permits for exterior construction and electrical circuits. In addition, some communities have codes requiring residential barriers.
- Crane Service is not included in the price of the product. Buyer is responsible for coordinating Crane Service if necessary and all costs are the Buyer’s responsibility.
- All dates and times given for delivery by agents are estimated and may be rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances.
RETURNS
Returns are accepted within 90 days of purchase provided that the item is not used and packaged in original packaging. Large items such as spas or barbecue islands must be placed on a palate for return shipping. A Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) must be issued prior to returning any item. To request an RGA on an item, please have a copy of your order or the product serial number and call (888) 628-8271. Any items returning without an RGA number will be refused. In the event of a return, the Buyer is responsible for shipping costs to and from the manufacturer. Upon receipt, manufacturer will inspect product. If the product is found to be damaged or used, the Buyer will be responsible for two-way shipping costs and also will not receive a full refund of the item’s original cost. Credits due will be issued to Buyer only after inspection is complete.
